Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2026 — Atain has appointed Dharam Dhillon as Vice President – Global Head Training, strengthening its leadership team as the enterprise orchestration company continues to align people, processes and technology with AI-led ways of working. Dhillon brings more than two decades of experience across training, learning and development, service delivery and workforce capability building.

Dhillon joins Atain after spending five years with Tech Mahindra, where he most recently served as Head – Training. In this role, he led training and development initiatives while drawing on expertise across service delivery management, program evaluation and workforce capability development. He had earlier held the role of Associate Head Training, contributing to the company’s broader learning and development agenda.

Experience Across Major Technology Firms

Before Tech Mahindra, Dhillon spent more than six years with Wipro as Associate Vice President. His responsibilities included leadership across training and development and service delivery, further strengthening his experience in managing large-scale learning environments and building workforce capabilities within complex organizations. Earlier, Dhillon served as Training Head – Corporate Services at MetLife, where he was responsible for training leadership across corporate services.

He started his career with Mahindra Satyam BPO as Manager – Training, building further experience in customer service training, quality, calibration and learning delivery. His earlier career included roles with Wipro BPO, where he served as Assistant Manager, and vCustomer Services India Pvt. Ltd., where he worked as a Training Specialist. He began his professional journey as a Network Engineer at Pancho System in 2001 before transitioning into training and people capability roles.

Aligning Workforce Strategy with AI Operations

Across these assignments, Dhillon has built extensive experience in training strategy, learning and development, service delivery management, program evaluation and workforce capability building. His appointment at Atain places him in a global training leadership role at a company focused on combining AI, people and operational systems to redefine how work is delivered.
