HR Grapevine is hosting a series of online roundtables, called Leadership Labs, for senior HR leaders to discuss and overcome barriers to change. The labs will take place from November 24 to 26, 2026, and will be held twice a day, at 08:45 and 09:25 UK time.
Each lab will have 10 to 12 participants, including a Challenge Owner, an expert partner, and 9 peers. The Challenge Owner will share their experience of addressing a specific issue, and the expert partner will contribute relevant insight to help the group explore possible solutions.
How the Labs Work
The labs are designed to be problem-solving sessions, where participants can share experiences, compare approaches, and gain insight from leaders who have faced similar challenges. Each lab will focus on a single barrier to change, such as making the case for change, choosing the right approach, or demonstrating impact.
The labs will be 30 minutes long, and participants will take away a practical framework, checklist, diagnostic, or actionable idea to help them move from discussion to action. The expert partners for each lab will be confirmed on a rolling basis, and participants can request a place in as many labs as they find useful.
Who Can Attend
The labs are built for senior HR leaders who own the change, including Chief HR Officers, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, and Heads of People, Talent, Reward, and Learning. The size of each lab is limited to 10 to 12 participants, to ensure that the conversation stays a conversation.
HR Grapevine has been reporting on the HR profession for over 40 years and has a readership of over 300,000 senior HR professionals across the UK and USA. The Leadership Labs are part of HR Grapevine’s efforts to convene the people who lead the profession and provide a platform for them to share their experiences and expertise.
Partnering with HR Grapevine
HR Grapevine is offering companies the opportunity to partner with them on the Leadership Labs. Each lab will have one expert partner, who will contribute insight and help the group work towards a practical answer. This is a unique opportunity for companies to sit in the room with the leaders they want to reach and contribute to the conversation.
As spaces are limited and demand is high, HR Grapevine recommends requesting a place today. There will be no pitch or product demonstrations, and the focus will be on providing a practical and insightful discussion.
